In our kitchen at 63 Balfour Avenue, pastry chef and owner Raf Kogutowski works from before dawn — laminating dough, tempering chocolate and piping custard the traditional way.
From our famous filled donuts to buttery croissants and glazed tarts, everything is made in-house, by hand, in small batches. No shortcuts. Ever.
