Patisserie by Raf is a wholesale artisanal bakery based at 63 Balfour Ave, Sunshine North, in Melbourne's west. Every morning our small team bakes laminated croissants, filled donuts, delicate tarts and fine celebration cakes from scratch, using traditional French technique, cultured butter and locally sourced Victorian ingredients.

This website lets you browse our full pastry collection, build a basket and place a delivery order online in just a few minutes. Choose your delivery date and a morning or afternoon window, and we'll bring your order fresh to your door anywhere in the surrounding Melbourne suburbs — Monday to Friday. Each order comes with a downloadable purchase order, making it just as easy for cafés, offices and event planners as it is for families ordering a weekend treat.

The patisserie is built and run by Raf, a pastry chef with a lifelong passion for classic European baking, together with a close-knit team of bakers and front-of-house staff.
